Problem 1: We have casting parts, but we do not have drawing.

Problem 2: We have 3D drawing and already made a casting sample which is a difficult part, how to check all the size quickly.

Eastcasting has 3D laser Scanner system can solve the problem quickly.

The precision of our scanner is 0.03mm, that means the different between the size checked by scanner and the actual size is inside 0.03mm. it is suitable for casting size checking quickly. And most advantage is for curved surface and irregular surface checking.  

The system shows the different colors about comparing original 3D size with checking size. For example for the photos above, the green color means the sample’s size is different with drawing size inside +/-0.5MM.

And the yellow color means the sample’s size is big than the drawing size between 0.5-0.8MM， the blue color means the sample’s size is small than the drawing size. So you will quickly know where need to improve or the size is accepted.
